These Terms govern use of the website tranquil-flow.store and general purchases or bookings with Tranquil Flow Atelier at 29 Grove Avenue, Montevideo, Montevideo, Uruguay.

Services. Descriptions on this site are general information. Final scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed in person or in writing before work begins.

Bookings. Appointments may require deposits. Cancellation windows are stated at booking. Missed visits without notice may be charged reasonably.

Payments. Prices are communicated before you commit. Taxes apply as required in Uruguay.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through forms.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Uruguay rules.

IP. Site text and design belong to Tranquil Flow Atelier or licensors. You may not copy them for commercial reuse without permission.

Governing rules. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Uruguay, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Disputes: courts or procedures available where required by law in Montevideo / Uruguay.
